Taisho Kimono Experience Free Invitation Campaign

In Numata City, Gunma Prefecture, the "Taisho Kimono Experience Free Invitation Campaign" will be held, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the Taisho Roman atmosphere. In this campaign, participants can enjoy a free dressing experience with easy-to-wear Taisho kimono (men: kimono, women: hakama). Hakama for children are also available in limited quantities, allowing the whole family to feel as if they have traveled back in time to the Taisho era. Participants in the experience will receive a food tour ticket (valued at 660 yen) to enjoy strolling around Numata City at great value, as well as a non-woven tote bag with an exclusive "Taisho Roman Numata" logo. Furthermore, presenting the "Taisho Roman Numata Limited Sticker" distributed on the day of the experience grants free admission to the "Former Toki Residence Western-style House." Put on kimono suitable for city walking and stroll through the period streetscape while taking advantage of rental Japanese umbrellas, drawstring pouches, and ribbon hair accessories. Participants are asked to cooperate with a questionnaire following the experience. As slots are on a first-come, first-served basis, please make reservations early.
