Earring Museum Experiential Learning: 2026 Summer Vacation "Make It All the Way!!" Workshop

About this event

Shinto Village Earring Museum is holding a special summer vacation workshop for children junior high school age and under titled "2026 Summer Vacation: Make It All the Way!! Workshop." With special activities not offered in the regular experiential programs, participants can enjoy learning about the Earring Museum while trying their hand at various crafts. A themed exhibition linked to the workshop will also be held in the special exhibition room with free admission. Diverse programs are available, including making fireworks shell replicas, colorful magatama beads, tubular beads (kudatama), coasters, and clay plaques (ganban), making it ideal for creating summer vacation memories. Children in 3rd grade of elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian. The participation fee is 300 yen per session, while clay plaque making is free of charge. Participants are encouraged to wear clothes that are easy to work in and can get dirty.
