It will be held for 2 days on Friday, August 28 and Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Akagi Beef / Akagi Wagyu TORIYAMA Direct Sales Store. Daily special tasting menus arranged in TORIYAMA's unique style will be offered so you can enjoy it refreshingly and deliciously even in the hot summer. On Friday the 28th, 'Wagyu Sukiyaki' will be served, offering a refreshing flavor that brings out the inherent sweetness and umami of the meat. On Saturday the 29th, 'Wagyu Cold Shabu-shabu' will appear, featuring tenderness and a refreshing aftertaste perfect for hot days. It is held from 9:00 to 16:30, ending when supplies run out.
