About this event

The event is open to infants, toddlers, and their families, and participation is free. The capacity is 10 groups (up to 4 people per group). If there are too many applications, priority will be given to city residents, and a lottery will be held. When using the web application form, even if applying for multiple groups, you must apply one group at a time. Please ensure there are no mistakes when entering your address and phone number.
