About this event

The 61st Cultural Festival of the Niiza Comfortable Future City Citizens' Festival reorganizes its stage performance division to present a "Celebration of Traditional Japanese Arts." On Sunday, November 8, traditional Japanese performing arts—including traditional Japanese dance (Nihon Buyo), sankyoku chamber music, shigin poetic chanting, shibu fan dancing, kembu sword dancing, tate stage combat, and modern Japanese dance (Shin Buyo)—will be showcased at the Niiza Civic Hall auditorium. The event aims to provide citizens with opportunities to participate in cultural festivities and foster heartfelt mutual connections through culture. Because parking at the civic hall is limited, the use of public transportation or carpooling is strongly encouraged. These stage presentations contribute to the advancement of culture and arts in Niiza City and help invigorate the local community.
