Held in Okegawa City, the "New Sports Experience Session (Skateboarding, BMX, Street Dance)" is an event where even beginners and inexperienced individuals can casually enjoy new sports. The three disciplines—skateboarding, BMX, and street dance—will be held simultaneously, with professional instructors carefully teaching the basics of each. In the skateboarding session, basic maneuvers such as how to ride, stop, and turn can be learned in small groups. The BMX session is open to those who can ride a bicycle, covering basic operations such as balancing, braking, and changing directions, as well as attempting simple tricks. In the street dance session, professional instructors will provide fun guidance tailored to the age and experience of participants while moving to the music. Skateboards and BMX equipment can be rented for free, allowing you to participate empty-handed. Please take adequate measures against heatstroke and participate in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Children of elementary school age and younger require accompaniment and support from a guardian.
