The 31st Yoshikawa Civic Festival will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2026, at Civic Exchange Center Oasis and Nagata Park. Comprising five divisions—Civic Exchange, Health & Welfare, Traffic Safety, Commerce & Industry, and Agriculture—this festival serves as a venue for local corporations, organizations, and individuals within the city to showcase their activities. The Civic Exchange division is seeking booth exhibitors and outdoor stage performers; eligibility is open to corporations with offices in the city, organizations active in the city, or individuals. However, exhibits for commercial, political, or religious purposes are not permitted. For outdoor booths, the 'Full-Tent Set' (1 tent, 2 desks, 4 chairs) is 5,000 yen, and the 'Half-Tent Set' (0.5 tent, 2 desks, 4 chairs) is 4,000 yen. Indoor booths are a flat rate of 5,000 yen. In past editions, activities such as cardboard secret base building, children's portable shrines (mikoshi), river fish displays by Saitama Aquarium, fish therapy experiences, multinational food sales at the international food stall village, and trying on traditional ethnic costumes were well received. It is the largest annual event in Yoshikawa City, enjoyable for all generations.
