Yokolab 10th Anniversary Memorial Event

About this event

An event celebrating the 10th anniversary of the public-private partnership platform "Yokolab" will be held in Yokoze Town, Saitama Prefecture. Since its establishment in 2016, Yokolab has accepted project proposals that contribute to regional revitalization from companies, organizations, and individuals, providing a venue for demonstration tests and social implementation. This event offers an opportunity to look back on Yokolab's 10-year journey and share visions for the future. The event will feature a message from the town mayor and a talk session titled "Mayors' Talk: Chichibu Regional Cooperation and Yokolab (tentative)" gathering municipal leaders from the Chichibu region. In addition, public presentations and judging for the "Yokolab 10th Anniversary Business Contest," divided into the U-23 division and general division, will take place to determine the grand prize winner. Furthermore, a networking event where past Yokolab project participants gather to discuss their subsequent activities is also scheduled. Admission is free, and attendees may enter and leave freely. The event will be held at Yokoze Town Community Hall from 13:00 to 17:40, followed by a social gathering. This event will be a valuable opportunity to forge new connections and co-create the future toward realizing Yokoze Town's goal of becoming "Japan's best town for taking on challenges and supporting challenges."
