Originating in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, the music event "Kusanone Fes" has been held continuously since its launch in 2017 as a community-rooted festival. This time, as a new initiative toward ongoing operation, it has been decided to hold the event consecutively with "Kusanone Idol Fes." This establishes a unique style where visitors can enjoy both rock and idol genres at once. In 2025, the event grew to attract approximately 3,000 attendees across both days. This year, the Sakura-born rock band "Halo at Yojohan," resuming activities after 5 years, is confirmed to perform, providing a special occasion for fans. Led by Masato Shirai, the bassist of "Halo at Yojohan" and producer of the idol group "may in film," "Kusanone Idol Fes" brings together idol groups active across Japan in Sakura City, creating a space connecting new visitors and the local community through music. Inside the venue, kitchen cars from dining establishments in the city and surrounding areas will also open, creating an event where visitors can experience the appeal of Sakura City through food and interaction as well as music.
