Surf Fishing Event: Choi-Nage Boso-zoku

About this event

This is a beginner-friendly fishing event where you can try surf fishing along the autumn coast of Futtsu. With guidance and lectures from the staff, participants can casually enjoy coastal surf fishing at Futtsu Beach (Shimosu Coast), located south of Cape Futtsu. A day-trip plan (3,000 yen per person) and an overnight stay plan including two days of fishing with one night's stay and two meals (14,000 yen for adults, 10,000 yen for elementary school students) are available. Residents of Futtsu City receive a 1,000-yen discount on each plan's fee. For those without fishing gear, rental is available for 1,000 yen per set. Participants also receive a special bonus of a 500-yen discount coupon valid at participating eateries in the city. Recruitment is open for 50 people per day and will close once capacity is reached.
