Held at the Ace Gondola Base Plaza of Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu, the "Niseko Hirafu Summer Marche & Sake & Food Fes" is an event that brightens up Niseko's summer. At the foot of the mountain where a pleasant breeze blows, lifestyle crafts, locally made bread, baked goods, coffee, and more will be on display. Meeting makers in person and selecting items while learning about their passion and background is truly special. In addition, the NISEKO SAKE & FOOD FES will be held concurrently, offering sake and alcoholic beverages from Niseko and the Shiribeshi area paired with local kitchen car gourmet dishes. Hokkaido brands will be gathered, including sake from Niseko Shuzo, Yoichi Wine, Furano Wine, Nikka Whisky, and beer from Lupicia Brewery, with seafood, light bites, and desserts that pair well with drinks available on a daily rotating basis.
