Hirafu Festival 2026

A special annual summer festival where you can experience the international charm of Niseko Hirafu. Held concurrently with the 2026 UCI GRAN FONDO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS NISEKO, JAPAN, it serves as a stage for international exchange where visitors from Japan and abroad unite with top athletes and fans gathering from around the world. A diverse program is prepared for everyone from adults to children to enjoy. At the 'Niseko Gourmet Carnival,' featuring about 40 popular food stalls from the Niseko area, you can savor multinational cuisine unique to the cosmopolitan Hirafu district. The grand finale of the festival features a powerful Yotei Taiko drum performance accompanied by large fireworks lighting up the Niseko night sky. You can enjoy rich content including the traditional 'mochimaki' (rice cake toss) with luxurious prizes, authentic 'shateki' (target shooting) and 'chambara' sword battles, live music by local artists, as well as inflatable bounce houses and trampolines for children.
