40th Danchi Festival

Hosted by the Omori Higashi 1-chome Danchi Neighborhood Association, the '40th Danchi Festival' will be held from Saturday, August 29 to Sunday, August 30, 2026. This festival is a heartwarming, handmade community event created through the combined efforts of local residents. In addition to traditional events such as Bon Odori dancing and taiko drumming, the venue offers plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including festival gourmet foods, drinks, and a play corner for children. Furthermore, Omori Higashi Welfare Center and Omori Higashi Children's Hall will also participate and organize various programs. At the festival stalls, local organizations and residents will sell items at affordable prices that delight children.
