The "HONAN Eisa & Music Fest 2026," held in Honancho, Suginami Ward, Tokyo, is a community-focused event combining Okinawa's traditional performing art Eisa with music. During the day, you can enjoy Eisa "nagashi" (processional dancing) up close at the station plaza and shopping district, and from the evening, stage performances by the Honan Eisa Muruchigumi will unfold. With plenty of kids' corners and food stalls, it offers plenty of fun for families to enjoy all day long. A beer garden will be held at the eve festival, where you can enjoy music along with gourmet food from local shopping street vendors. At the main festival, a night stage featuring traditional Honancho Eisa dancing, local performing groups, enka singers Natsumi Kawano and Alan, and Yara Children is scheduled. It is a participatory festival where you can feel the energy of the local community by watching and dancing along.
