About this event
"Toshimakko Fest 2026" is a children's workshop event centered around local businesses, organizations, and artists, held by Toshima Ward in conjunction with "Toshima Culture Day." In 2026, it will be conducted under the theme "Cultural Burst Energy Power! - Excitement from Any Age! <3 -" as part of an initiative to revitalize the entire city through culture. At this festival, opportunities will be provided for children to experience local culture and creativity through various workshops. Through hands-on programs planned by artists and local groups, it aims to stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, allowing them to make new discoveries and feel heart-fluttering excitement. Based on Toshima Ward's philosophy of promoting town development through culture and passing on those efforts to the next generation, it is an event that can be enjoyed across generations.
