Toy Band's Winter Wonderland: Play Christmas with Hinemos!

About this event

A Christmas concert and workshop where a picture-book-like world unfolds, performed by the whimsical toy band "Hinemos." Through unique performances utilizing toys, instruments, and junk objects, the band provides an exciting and joyful time. In the workshop, participants can create a one-of-a-kind cymbal-beating doll together with Hinemos, and enjoy playing together using their completed dolls during the opening of the show. The concert features a delightful 10-member musical gathering appearing straight out of a picture book, which can be enjoyed by a wide range of ages from infants to adults. Hinemos is a circus-like ensemble formed in 2004 centered around Pechika Takahashi (from Chopiiin), skilled in keyboard harmonica, recorder, and marching style while performing music of an imaginary land. Centered on accessible melodies, their unique acoustic soundscape fusing varied toys and everyday junk is their appeal. In the past, they have composed music for programs such as "See the World by Train" as well as television dramas.
