A flea market held at Arakawa Park in front of Arakawa Ward Office. Ward residents bring unused household items from home and sell them at low prices to those who need them, aiming for effective reuse of items and community interaction. Offering the fun of bargain hunting, the entire park becomes a flea market venue. It is in an accessible location convenient for stopping by during a stroll; however, there is no parking at the venue, so coming on foot or by public transportation is recommended. The first session will be held on Sunday, October 4, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Vendors are limited to residents of the ward, and restrictions apply to items for sale. Commercial sales are not permitted. The flea market is operated with the involvement of a volunteer executive committee, and they are also recruiting committee members to help run the event together.
