Nobuaki Miya Selection Rakugo Performance 2026 Lineup Vol. 3

About this event

The 3rd performance of the 'Nobuaki Miya Selection Rakugo Performance 2026 Lineup' series organized by Myoko City Cultural Hall. Featuring rakugo storytellers carefully selected by performing arts historian Nobuaki Miya, it has gained popularity as a rakugo event guaranteed to be genuinely entertaining. Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, three rakugo events are held to express gratitude. This year's theme is Kamigata rakugo, and each session features at least one Kamigata rakugo performer. Performers include Miyaji Katsura, who has performed for 10 consecutive years; Ryokuta Yanagiya, a familiar face at this rakugo show; and Kuichi Katsura, making his first appearance from Kamigata rakugo. A stellar lineup fitting to conclude the 10th anniversary of the series gathers, with the hilarious talk corner also well received. The venue is the Large Conference Room of Arai General Community Center, with admission fees of 2,000 yen for adults and 500 yen for high school students and younger.
