Maternity & Baby Kids Festa 2026

About this event

Held at D-BASE in Toyama City, the "Maternity & Baby Kids Festa 2026" is a free-admission event for families with children ranging from expecting parents (unborn babies) to elementary school students. It features a wide variety of hands-on booths and programs designed to make parenting more enjoyable, offering a day for families to experience new "firsts" together. As a main program, an edutainment (education x entertainment) activity will be introduced where children can gain social experience by "working, earning, and shopping" using the venue's exclusive currency "WB (Well-Be)" for an authentic economic and social simulation. With the cooperation of The Bank of Toyama, Ltd., which provides mock banknotes, children can realistically experience the joy of working and the value of money from an early age. In addition, kids' money seminars, a "Pocket Money Guide," and "Piggy Bank Making" are also available. Other offerings include maternity & postnatal yoga for couples, RODY YOGA® to nurture physical awareness between parents and children, and workshops teaching proper baby carrying and piggyback techniques. Events for the whole family to enjoy include a bingo tournament with luxurious prizes and special games by the Eco-Chill Toyama Unit Center where participants can learn about the environment while playing. The venue is fully equipped with nursing rooms and diaper changing spaces, allowing families with babies to spend the whole day comfortably and with peace of mind.
