Having a history of training many young seafarers as a training ship, the graceful figure of Kaiwo Maru can be seen up close during the full sail exhibitions scheduled 10 times a year. In this event, all sails of Kaiwo Maru are unfurled, and its majestic appearance captivates visitors. The event takes place across multiple dates, with different charms expected during each period. Admission is free, and parking is fully equipped. Kaiwomaru Park is within walking distance from Kaiwomaru Station and Koshinokata Station, offering good access. As the holding of the event is subject to severe weather, the decision is made at 8:00 AM on the day and announced on the Kaiwomaru Park website.
