About this event
Held on a special course starting and finishing at the Ina City Athletic Stadium, the "Iina-chan Ekiden Carnival 2026" (44th Citizens' Ekiden) is an event where participants can work up a pleasant sweat either as representatives of their local district or as teams formed with colleagues from work or school. Three divisions are established: District Children's Division, District Division, and Open Division, allowing teams of various age groups and compositions to participate. This time, the "Spring High School Ina Ekiden Men's 50th Anniversary Commemorative Event" will be held concurrently, featuring running clinics and workshops, making it an opportunity to deepen learning and exchange regarding running as well as the relay race itself. Feel the autumn breeze while aiming for a fun run by forming teams with family, friends, and colleagues from the community or workplace.
