4th All-Encompassing Sakudaira Connect Festa

Set around Sakudaira Station, the "4th All-Encompassing Sakudaira Connect Festa" will be held for parents, children, and friends to enjoy a full day together. Over 2 days, a packed schedule of events will unfold, including mini train rides, brass band stage performances, and a market. Event spaces across the venue will include Sakudaira Station Tateshina Exit, Millennium Park, Civic Exchange Plaza, and AEON MALL Sakudaira, hosting various programs. The opening ceremony will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, at the plaza in front of Sakudaira Station Tateshina Exit. Inside the station and at the station front plaza, rides on the "Mini HIGH RAIL," station staff work experiences, and sales of famous ekiben (railway bento boxes) and railway goods are scheduled. At Plaza Saku, boccia experiences and Station Travel Concierge on-site consultation sessions will be held. At the food and beverage booths, draft beer from Yo-Ho Brewing, Chinese cuisine made with local vegetables, and handmade rice balls will be served. In the sales and workshop area, stalls by 3Biz graduates and mini workshops of "SAKE ART" enjoyable for both children and adults will be held. In addition, visitors can enjoy special sales of "Shuppoppo Pudding" from Takachan@Farm, and the Ekimae Fair with shooting games. Along with the event, traffic restrictions will also be enforced in the surrounding area.
