About this event
Held in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture, the "Saku Pinkoro Walk" is a walking event in a village of health and longevity surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and a rich climate, enjoyable for people of all ages. Along the way, hospitalities such as all-you-can-eat fresh prunes and complimentary Saku amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) are prepared, while healthy food tastings and local product sales from the Usuda district are held at the venue. A 300 yen discount coupon that can be used for local gourmet food at the venue is also provided. Nordic walking is supported, and children of elementary school age and younger can participate. Participants can also visit sightseeing spots, and baggage storage, nearby hot springs, and parking are fully available.
