At Karuizawa Commongrounds, a complex in the forest located in Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture, the event 'Seiko Uki Vol.1' will be held for the first time, bringing together craft artisans and food vendors residing in Gunma and Nagano Prefectures. The event title 'Seiko Uki' is a four-character idiom meaning that sunny days and rainy days each have distinct scenery and unique charms. In addition to sales booths offering sundry goods, woodwork, stuffed toys, fabric items, antiques, floral goods, and accessories, food and beverage vendors offering craft chocolate, onigiri rice balls, and more will also participate. Because participating vendors differ between the two days, visiting after checking the vendor list is recommended. Workshops will also be held, allowing visitors to enjoy hands-on craft-making experiences.
