The "Nozawa Spa Trail Race 2026" is a trail running competition held in Nozawaonsen Village, Nagano Prefecture. It is an ideal event for those who want to challenge themselves with trail running for the first time or make summer memories with their pet dog. The 12km course for beginners to intermediate runners is designed so that participants can aim to finish even at a walking pace, allowing beginners to participate with peace of mind. In addition, the "Human and Dog Category" where you can run with your pet dog will be held, offering 12km and 6km courses. You can deepen the bond with your dog while fully enjoying the nature of Nozawaonsen Village. After the race, you can wash off your sweat in the 13 public bathhouses (soto-yu) of Nozawa Onsen, savor delicious local dishes and local sake, and spend a blissful time soothing your tired body. Memorable perks are also provided, including commemorative photos taken by a professional photographer and special race bibs for dogs.
