Set in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, the "City of Water: Ogaki Anime Cultural Festival 2026" is a 2-day festival centered around an anime song music festival where visitors can fully enjoy anime and pop culture. Coming from the anime-forward city of Ogaki, this event is packed with live performances by popular anime song artists and voice actors, talk shows, special exhibits, and local charms unique to Ogaki. Following last year, radio personality Ken Washizaki, well known to anime fans, will serve as MC to hype up the venue. Featuring voice artist legend Hekiru Shiina, along with popular guests including Hinaki Yano ("Uma Musume", "Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club"), Nagisa Aoyama ("Love Live! Superstar!!"), and from the "BanG Dream!" series Aimi, Ayasa Ito, Riko Kohara, Mika Kohinata, and Moe Toyota, this star-studded lineup will gather over the two days to provide content for a wide range of generations. In addition to anime song live concerts and talk shows, there will also be a radio talk show welcoming creators from Gifu Prefecture, as well as booths where visitors can enjoy special anime/pop culture exhibits and gourmet food.
