Hida City All-in-One Food Market

"Hida City All-in-One Food Market," where all of Hida's delicious flavors gather, will be held at the Hida City Cultural Exchange Center Exchange Plaza. On the day, local producers from Hida City and restaurants participating in "Hida City All-in-One Dining" will assemble, allowing visitors to savor all of Hida's culinary appeal at once—including seasonal Hida ingredients, agricultural produce, processed foods, and special dishes that can only be tasted here. A wide variety of "Hida's delicacies" will be featured: salt-grilled sweetfish caught in the Takahara and Miya rivers, Hida beef croquettes, fresh produce such as tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and garlic, crunchy wood ear mushrooms, sweet candy apples, and juicy sausages and frankfurters. Furthermore, visitors can collect stamps for the "Hida City All-in-One Dining" stamp rally at the venue, making it a 2-day event to fully enjoy Hida's cuisine through eating and exploring. The event is held concurrently with the "National Medicinal Herb Festival in Hida," so both can be enjoyed together.
