Lake Hamana Sustainable Food Experience

This is a special event where you can experience boat fishing on Lake Hamana, prepare and taste the caught fish, and deeply learn about the local natural environment. Inviting Mr. Mitsuhiro Tsumoto from Miyazaki Prefecture, participants will learn the Tsumoto-style 'Ultimate Bleeding Technique,' which is the key to long-term fish aging. Those interested can also practically experience the 'Ultimate Bleeding Technique.' Additionally, participants will learn about the current state and challenges of Lake Hamana in an environmental lecture. In the evening session, guests can enjoy a special multi-course meal including a comparative tasting of bled and aged fish from Lake Hamana. It is an event to deliciously and enjoyably learn about the nature and blessings of life from Lake Hamana.
