Held at Hamamatsu Castle Park, "Hamamatsu Shusse Castle Gyoza Festival 2026" is a dumpling celebration bringing together popular gyoza shops from local Hamamatsu and across the nation. A total of 23 shops will participate, allowing visitors to enjoy various flavors at once, from Hamamatsu gyoza to regional specialty gyoza from different areas. At the venue, a market offering beer, sweets, and local delicacies will also be held concurrently alongside gyoza, creating a gourmet event enjoyable for adults and children alike. Furthermore, stage events featuring special guests such as street artist "Sax Samurai" and competitive eater celebrity "Moeno Azuki" are scheduled to energize the venue. In the evening, Hamamatsu Castle projection mapping is held simultaneously, making it a program you can enjoy all day long. The venue is the Central Lawn Square of Hamamatsu Castle Park, and admission is free.
