Jazz legend Sadao Watanabe leads his quartet to hold a concert titled "Sadao Watanabe Quartet 2026 - INTO TOMORROW -" in Iwata City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Commemorating Sadao Watanabe's 75th debut anniversary, this performance showcases jazz with a wide musical range unique to Sadao Watanabe, incorporating elements of Brazilian music and funk. The performing quartet is composed of talented musicians including Sadao Watanabe (alto sax), Akira Onozuka (piano), Daiki Mishima (bass), and Ittetsu Takemura (drums). The sound they weave embodies the history of jazz while playing innovative resonances heading toward the future. The venue is Iwata Civic Cultural Hall "Kataria," with doors opening at 16:15 and the performance starting at 17:00. All seats are reserved for 8,000 yen (tax included).
