About this event
"Air Festa Hamamatsu 2026" will be held at Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) Hamamatsu Air Base. The base will be open to the public, featuring flight displays of aircraft including the Blue Impulse aerobatic team, as well as ground exhibitions of aircraft and equipment. Every year, maneuver flights by F-15 and F-2 fighter jets, rescue demonstration flights, and more are conducted, allowing visitors to enjoy a thrilling air show. Admission is free and open to everyone. There is no parking for general visitors inside the base, so visitors need to use public transportation or off-base parking lots if selected by lottery. Event details will be announced on the official Hamamatsu Air Base website and social media channels as updated.
