"KAWANE BASE 2026" is an event where motorcycle enthusiasts gather along the Oi River. Held at "Roadside Station Okuoi Otoginonosato (Michi-no-Eki Okuoi Otoginonosato)," the event offers content that lets visitors fully experience the joy of motorcycles. This year's highlight is the "Grand Exhibition of Domestic and International Motorcycles," showcasing rare foreign vehicles, retro bikes from the 1960s, and the Honda Hamamatsu ESCARGOT machine that raced in the Suzuka 8 Hours. Unique attractions will also be held, including a display of completed scale motorcycle models by Aoshima Bunka Kyozai Co. and "Kiki-Exhaust!"—a game guessing the model name solely by the starter and exhaust sounds (featuring a lineup of 6 KAWASAKI motorcycles). In addition, the "KAWANEBASE2026 Stamp Rally" covering 12 locations along the Oi River will run until November 30. During the event period, meet-and-greets with race machines and live engine start demonstrations of exhibition bikes are planned, offering plenty of highlights for motorcycle riders. A break area is also available inside the venue where visitors can relax while watching videos on a 280-inch large screen.
