Fairy Tale Forest Cultural Festival 2026

About this event

Held in the "Fairy Tale Forest" spreading across the grounds of the Niimi Nankichi Memorial Museum in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, this is an event to experience nature and culture. Activities include crafts using forest wood, handmade craft experiences utilizing natural materials, and programs to enjoy music and reading. The "Fairy Tale Forest Market," lined with select foods and handmade works, will also be held, alongside planned tea gatherings to enjoy tea inside the forest and nature observation walks touring nature with a guide. It is filled with activities for both children and adults. In addition, during the same period as the cultural festival, the "Fairy Tale Forest Museum" showcasing artworks by 5 artists will also take place. In a comfortable space surrounded by trees, visitors can spend a special time discovering, feeling, and connecting. Admission is free, but some experiences, food, and drinks require fees, and certain programs require advance reservations.
