Toyota City in Aichi Prefecture is hosting "TOYOTA CITY TRAIL CROSSING," an event aimed at young people to showcase the appeal of familiar nature within the city. In its first installment, "Vol.1 / INSPIRATION An Invitation to the Fields Right Beside Your Daily Life," THE NORTH FACE athletes and a travel writer from Toyota City are invited to discuss the charm of Toyota City's outdoor fields, including the Tokai Nature Trail. The local travel writer will guide participants to yet-unknown scenery of Toyota City, while guests who know the outdoors inside out will share the charms of long-distance hiking and the Tokai Nature Trail that runs through Toyota City. After the event, a workshop for creating original T-shirts will also be held.
