About this event
Hikoneiro Cultural Festival Vol. 5 and Green Fair 2026 will be held simultaneously at Kojinyama Park in Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture. A wide variety of working vehicles such as excavators and cranes will gather at the venue, and a paid work-experience program riding an aerial work platform vehicle will also be offered. It is sure to be an irresistible event for vehicle-loving children. In addition, there are plenty of family-friendly attractions including stage events, a market, food trucks, and a "Kids Town" for children, making it an ideal event for parents and children to enjoy an autumn outing together. Admission is free, though some programs require fees and have participation requirements. The event will be held in light rain but canceled in rough weather (no backup date).
