Hankyu Bus Group Customer Appreciation Day 2026

About this event

"Hankyu Bus Group Customer Appreciation Day 2026," held by the Hankyu Bus Group to express daily gratitude, will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at Nagaokakyo City Hall in Kyoto Prefecture. Vehicles from group companies including Hankyu Bus, Nagaokakyo City's "Happy Bus," Hankyu Kanko Bus, Hankyu Taxi, Hanshin Bus, Tango Kairiku Kotsu, and Miyako Taxi will be on display at the venue. Special highlights include the exhibition of the "Curious George x Hankyu Railway" wrapped bus and a photo corner where children can wear uniforms to take commemorative photos. For children of elementary school age and younger, there are plenty of fun activities such as "Run! Mini Bus," where they can ride a mini bus in Hankyu Bus colors, and "Aim to be a Bus Driving Master! RC Challenge," where they operate a bus-shaped radio-controlled car to test driving skills. Additionally, there are hands-on shrink plastic craft experiences, sales of original merchandise from each company, and exhibits introducing the history of Hankyu Bus. This year, merchandise will also be distributed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the operation of Nagaokakyo City's community bus "Happy Bus." Furthermore, a stamp rally in collaboration with "Gracia Week," held on the same day, will take place, and novelty gifts will be presented by visiting both venues. Stamp rally participants will also receive free route bus tickets convenient for traveling between both venues. It will be a day where the whole family can experience the charm of the Hankyu Bus Group.
