Held at participating restaurants and eateries in the Fuse area of Higashiosaka, the '8th Fuse Ebisu Bar 2026' is a bar hopping event aimed at revitalizing the local community. Based on the concept 'Good fortune comes to those who eat!', it provides an opportunity to get to know the dining establishments in Fuse and make new discoveries. Being held for the first time in 7 years, 8 young restaurant owners have formed the executive committee to make a small-scale restart. Thirty-three stores located on the north side of Fuse Station will participate, offering a bar-hopping event where visitors can tour Fuse restaurants while enjoying special value menus exclusive to the day. One-third of the participating stores are first-time participants, including new shops that opened in the last 1-2 years, allowing both regular and occasional visitors to Fuse to discover places they have never visited before. Tickets come in sets of 10, priced at 3,000 yen in advance and 3,500 yen on the day. Participating stores offer special bar menus combining drinks and food, with ticket requirements ranging from 2 to 4 tickets depending on the shop. Any remaining unused tickets can still be used as cash vouchers at participating stores after the event concludes.
