Moon Viewing Evening (Kangetsu no Yu)

About this event

"Kangetsu no Yu" (Moon Viewing Evening) will be held across 4 venues in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture, to enjoy the mid-autumn harvest moon. At Tatsuno Castle, Japanese tea sweets sales, a photo exhibition, and musical performances of traditional Japanese music and grass flutes (kusa-bue) will take place on September 10, the night of the harvest moon. In case of rain, it will be postponed to the following day, the 11th. At Shingu Fureai Fukushi Kaikan, performing arts presentations, Go matches, and a cultural exhibition will be held. At Aqua Hall, tea ceremony gatherings, performing arts presentations, and artwork exhibitions will be held simultaneously. At Mitsu Community Center, visitors can enjoy performing arts presentations and tea ceremony seatings.
