Muscle Gate Nara Kashihara Competition

Held at the Kashihara City Cultural Hall on Tuesday (national holiday), September 22, 2026, 'Muscle Gate Nara Kashihara Competition' is a bodybuilding contest featuring a wide range of competition categories, including Bodybuilding, Men's Physique, Women's Physique, Bodyfitness, Bikini Fitness, Classic Physique, Mixed Pairs, Men's Tank Top, Muscular Physique, Women's Leggings, Women's Leggings Fitness, and Women's Wellness. It is held in accordance with JBBF (Japan Bodybuilding & Fitness Federation) rules, and classes may be merged or split depending on the number of athletes. Anyone can enter, and non-members of Gold's Gym can also participate. The rookie division is open to those with no contest experience or those with no experience competing in the corresponding category at Muscle Gate. The participation fee is 5,800 yen, with awards planned for 1st through 6th place in both men's and women's divisions. Entries are accepted via the application form on the MUSCLE GATE website; the first round of registration begins on April 27 at 18:00 for residents of the Kansai region, and the second round begins on April 30 at 19:00, open to everyone. The entry deadline is August 15. This tournament is designed so that even first-time contest participants can easily join.
