About this event

This is a talk session thoroughly exploring the wonder and fun of the Karako-Kagi Archaeological Site from the perspectives of diverse participants as well as researchers. In Part 1, moderated by Tetsuya Shiraishi (Yamagata University), speakers Masashi Maruyama (Tokai University), Maho Ozawa (Ritsumeikan University), Saburo Fujita (Director of the Tawaramoto Town Buried Cultural Properties Center), and Masayoshi Shibata (Curator of the Karako-Kagi Archaeological Museum) will take the stage under the theme "You Can Learn Even This from the Karako-Kagi Site!" to answer questions and discuss the attractions of the site. In Part 2, moderated by Ozawa and Shibata, Asami Ikoma (Representative Director of Naranimitsu General Incorporated Association), Yuta Toko (Photographer), Teacher Nakamoto (Tawaramoto Elementary School Teacher), and Hiroshi Takae (Mayor of Tawaramoto Town) will share their individual connections and thoughts regarding the ruins under the theme "Karako-Kagi Site is Fun!", discussing future prospects for utilizing the site. No advance registration is required, and attendance is free of charge.
