About this event

The "IZUMO OROCHI FES 2026," one of the largest music festivals in the San'in region, will be held over two days on Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the Matsue City General Gymnasium in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. This event will serve as the commemorative opening performance for the renewal of Matsue City General Gymnasium, whose renovation work is scheduled for completion in September 2026. Launched in 2024 with the goal of "energizing the San'in region through music," the festival has gained increasing attention with each edition and grown into one of San'in's leading music events. Returning to Matsue City General Gymnasium for its 3rd edition in 2026, it aims to further evolve the live experience where artists and the audience become one. As part of the first wave of announced artists, Yo Hitoto, Dai Hirai, and Kazufumi Miyazawa are confirmed for Saturday, September 26, while Takaya Kawasaki, Aoi Teshima, and Motohiro Hata are confirmed for Sunday, September 27, presenting songs loved across generations. Tickets for Arena/Stand seats are 12,000 yen (reserved, tax included), and first-come, first-served advance ticket sales have begun on Lawson Ticket. The second wave of artist announcements is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM.
