Held to commemorate the 2nd anniversary of the sister city affiliation between Hatsukaichi City and Hawaii County, the "Hatsukaichi Music Festival: Hawaiian Festival Commemorating the 2nd Anniversary of the Sister City Affiliation Between Hatsukaichi City and Hawaii County" is an event where you can enjoy gorgeous Hawaiian music and hula dance stage performances. Hawaiian bands and local hula groups will perform and liven up the venue. Merchandise related to Hawaii is also scheduled to be sold in the venue's foyer, further enhancing the festival atmosphere.
