ACROS Music Caravan in Iizuka

About this event

As part of the "ACROS Music Caravan" aimed at revitalizing cultural activities, an event to enjoy music and musical instrument experiences will be held in Iizuka City. In this event, Ririka Onoyama, Maika Komaki (violins), Suzune Komaki (viola), and Miyuu Komatsu (cello) will perform pieces such as excerpts from Mozart's Divertimento in D major K.136, Leigh Harline's "When You Wish Upon a Star", and Joe Hisaishi's "My Neighbor Totoro". After the concert, an associated hands-on program "Let's Try String Instruments!" allowing participants to experience playing the violin and cello will also be held, open to anyone from adults to children free of charge. Held at the Small Arena of Iizuka City Kaita Compulsory Education School, it provides an opportunity to experience the appeal of music up close.
