About this event
This is the autumn grand festival of Araho Shrine, which has records dating back to the Heian period. On the autumnal equinox of September 23, the deities of Araho Shrine make a sacred procession (Goshinko / Omiyuki) to view the autumn harvest and the lives of the people. At the temporary shrine (the plaza in front of the Kiyama Town Multi-Generational Exchange Center Ikoi no Ie), which serves as the resting destination, traditional performing arts handed down since ancient times are dedicated, adding vibrant color to autumn in Kiyama. Why not take this opportunity to experience Kiyama's traditional performing arts and feel the rich autumn of the hometown?
