"PEACE & PIECE 10th: 1 Million People's Peace Concert in Yomitan," an outdoor music festival aimed at sending out and sharing wishes for peace from Yomitan Village, will be held on Friday, October 23, 2026, at the Yomitan Village Athletic Field. Celebrating its milestone 10th edition since its inception in 2015, the event also serves as an eve festival for the Yomitan Festival. Each year, numerous renowned artists perform a diverse range of musical genres and performances that can be enjoyed by audiences of all ages. The concert's concept is: "Connect your piece of peace to your loved ones and create a puzzle of a peaceful world." The event will also be streamed online. On the day, doors open at 16:30 with performances running from 17:00 to 21:00; it will proceed rain or shine, though severe weather may cause cancellation. Admission is free.
