10th Hasshoku Autumn Carnival

About this event

The 10th Hasshoku Autumn Carnival will be held, featuring live cooking and sales of limited-time menus by famous restaurants and organizations from Aomori Prefecture. At this event where visitors can fully savor the flavors of autumn, a diverse lineup of gourmet foods will be offered, including Hachinohe senbei-jiru, iso ramen, paella, beef tongue stew, galettes, saury-broth ramen, canneles, tofu cake, Tankaku beef burgers, and special yakisoba. A commemorative lottery will also be held, where stamps earned for every 600 yen spent can be entered to win prizes. Furthermore, the venue will feature the "Autumn Bar" offering craft beers, wines, and soft drinks that pair perfectly with the dishes. An outdoor live stage held concurrently will showcase live performances by local bands from Hachinohe and nearby areas, livening up the event even more.
