Orange Light-Up

About this event

Moriya City will host 'Orange Light-Up' with the aim of deepening understanding of dementia. In this event, symbols of Moriya City Hall and other landmarks will be illuminated in orange, allowing visitors to enjoy a fantastical night view. The event will take place over 5 days from Friday, September 25, 2026 (Reiwa 8) to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (Reiwa 8), with lights on from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Furthermore, participants who take photos of the orange light-up during the event period and submit them via the designated form will receive an original pin badge (Reiwa 8 edition). The photos may be published on the city's website or utilized in dementia-related projects. Why not take this opportunity to reflect on dementia and capture the beautiful scenery in a photograph?
