Saitama Prefecture's largest sports festival, "Sai-no-Kuni Fureai Sports Festival 2026," will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Kumagaya Sports Culture Park. It is an event where everyone, regardless of age, gender, or disability, can experience the appeal of sports and enjoy them up close. In addition to urban sports and sports experiences by professional/top teams that are rarely experienced on a daily basis, a diverse program including parasports, deaf sports, universal sports, and recreational sports is prepared. By providing opportunities that everyone—including persons with disabilities and the elderly—can enjoy, the festival aims to realize an inclusive society through sports. It is an excellent opportunity for everyone from children to seniors to move their bodies together with family and friends and experience the joy of sports while having fun. The venue is Kumagaya Sports Culture Park's Sai-no-Kuni Kumagaya Dome and Nigiwai Plaza. Participation is free of charge.
