The "Tonyamachi Festival 2026" held in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, is one of the region's largest events held at Socio Square (around the Kumagaya Distribution Center). Held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, it is packed with plans that the whole family can enjoy. A hilarious live performance by comedy duo "U-Jikoji" (from 13:00, free viewing) and a competitive eating contest (from 12:00) featuring competitive eater YouTuber "Mayoi Ebihara" challenging general participants will be held. Furthermore, a grand lottery drawing (from 15:00) with a special prize of a 100,000 yen gift certificate will also take place. You can participate by collecting 3 stamps while touring the venue. About 40 food, beverage, and merchandise booths will open, and classic car exhibitions, a kids zone, police and fire department booths, and sports experiences can also be enjoyed. Commemorating the 1st anniversary of the opening of Socio Square, it is a festival packed with even more fun than usual.
