Held on the Arakawa riverbed around Cosmos Arena Fukiage at 636-1 Myoyo, Konosu City, Saitama Prefecture, the "28th Cosmos Festival" is an event where visitors can enjoy the beautiful scenery of colorful cosmos blooming in full glory against the backdrop of Japan's longest water pipe bridge, typically from mid to late October. Held again this year in time for the peak blooming season of the cosmos, various stage events and more are planned. It is the perfect place to leisurely enjoy a refreshing autumn day. Local specialties and agricultural produce will also be on sale at the venue. In 2026, it will be held on Saturday, October 24, and Sunday, October 25, from 9:00 to 16:00.
